Terms of Service

Please read these terms carefully before using our services.

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the services provided by Ticevo ("we", "us", or "the Company"). By creating an account or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Definitions

  • "Service" refers to the Ticevo marketplace automation platform, including all features, APIs, integrations and related services.
  • "User" refers to any individual or entity that creates an account and uses the Service.
  • "Content" refers to all data, product information, images, text and other materials uploaded to or processed through the Service.
  • "Marketplace" refers to third-party e-commerce platforms integrated with our Service (e.g., Trendyol, Hepsiburada, N11, Amazon, Etsy, OpenCart).

2. Account Registration

  • You must provide accurate and complete information during registration.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
  • You must be at least 18 years old or have legal authority to enter into these Terms on behalf of your organization.
  • One person or entity may not maintain more than one account without prior written consent.
  • You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws or regulations.
  • Upload, transmit, or distribute any content that is fraudulent, misleading, defamatory, or infringes on intellectual property rights.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, other accounts, or related systems.
  • Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service.
  • Use automated tools (bots, scrapers) to access the Service beyond the provided API.
  • Resell, sublicense, or redistribute the Service without prior written consent.
  • Use the Service to send spam, unsolicited communications, or phishing attempts.

4. Service Description

Ticevo provides a marketplace automation platform that enables users to:

  • Manage products, stock levels and pricing across multiple marketplaces from a single dashboard.
  • Synchronize inventory, orders and product data between connected marketplaces.
  • Utilize AI-powered category matching and product listing tools.
  • Monitor BuyBox status and competitor pricing.
  • Access reporting and analytics for multi-channel commerce operations.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service with reasonable notice.

5. Subscription & Payments

  • The Service is offered on a subscription basis with monthly billing cycles.
  • Pricing is as displayed on our Pricing page and may be updated with 30 days' prior notice.
  • All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated or required by law.
  • We offer a free trial period. No payment is required during the trial. If you do not subscribe after the trial, your account will be deactivated.
  • Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of your account.
  • You may upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. Changes take effect at the next billing cycle.

6. Data Ownership & Intellectual Property

  • You retain all ownership rights to the Content you upload to the Service.
  • By using the Service, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to process, store and transmit your Content solely for the purpose of providing the Service.
  • All intellectual property rights in the Service (including software, design, trademarks and documentation) remain with Ticevo.
  • You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer or create derivative works of the Service.

7. Third-Party Marketplace Integrations

  • Our Service integrates with third-party marketplaces. Your use of these marketplaces is subject to their own terms and conditions.
  • We are not responsible for any changes, outages, or policy modifications made by third-party marketplaces.
  • You are responsible for complying with each marketplace's seller policies and requirements.
  • We act as a technology intermediary and do not guarantee marketplace approval, listing success, or sales performance.
  • API credentials you provide for marketplace connections are encrypted and used solely for authorized synchronization operations.

8. Amazon Selling Partner API

For users connecting their Amazon Seller accounts through the Amazon Selling Partner API (SP-API):

  • We comply with Amazon's Data Protection Policy and Acceptable Use Policy.
  • Amazon data is accessed, stored and processed exclusively for the synchronization services you authorize.
  • We do not share Amazon data with unauthorized third parties.
  • Access to Amazon data is restricted to authorized personnel with a legitimate business need.
  • All Amazon data is deleted within 30 days of account closure or integration disconnection.
  • We maintain audit logs for all access to Amazon SP-API data.

9. Service Level & Availability

  • We target 99.9% uptime for the Service, excluding scheduled maintenance windows.
  • Scheduled maintenance will be communicated at least 24 hours in advance when possible.
  • We are not liable for downtime caused by factors beyond our reasonable control, including internet outages, third-party service failures, or force majeure events.
  • Synchronization intervals depend on your subscription plan (1 to 15 minutes).

10. Limitation of Liability

  • The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
  • We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
  • To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ticevo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.
  • Our total liability for any claim arising from or related to these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.
  • We are not responsible for losses resulting from inaccurate data synchronization, marketplace API changes, or third-party service failures.

11. Termination

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle.
  • We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, with notice where practicable.
  • Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.
  • We will retain your data for 30 days after account closure, after which it will be permanently deleted.
  • Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (including Limitation of Liability, Intellectual Property, and Governing Law) will continue to apply.

12. Privacy & Data Protection

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, store and protect your personal data. By using the Service, you consent to the data practices described in our Privacy Policy.

13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

  • These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Turkey.
  • Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms shall be resolved by the courts of Istanbul, Turkey.
  • Before initiating legal proceedings, both parties agree to attempt to resolve disputes through good-faith negotiation for a period of 30 days.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you via email or through the Service at least 30 days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
