  • Marketplace Account Information: API keys, store IDs, seller information

  • Payment Information: Billing address, payment history (credit card details are processed by the payment provider)

4. Third-Party Sharing

  • Marketplace Platforms: Due to the nature of our service, your product and order data is shared with the marketplaces you connect (Trendyol, Hepsiburada, N11, Amazon, Etsy, OpenCart)
  • Payment Providers: Your payment transactions are processed through secure payment infrastructure
  • Legal Requirements: Data may be shared pursuant to court orders or legal regulations

5. Amazon Services API Data Protection

For data accessed through Amazon Selling Partner API, we provide additional safeguards:

  • Amazon API data is processed solely for synchronization purposes
  • Data is stored in compliance with Amazon's Data Protection Policy requirements
  • API access keys are stored in encrypted form
  • Data is used only for operations authorized by the customer
  • When a customer closes their account, all Amazon API data is deleted within 30 days
  • We do not share Amazon Marketplace data with any unauthorized third parties
  • Access to Amazon data is restricted to authorized personnel only
  • We maintain audit logs for all access to Amazon Selling Partner API data
  • Amazon data is not used for any purpose other than providing the authorized services to the customer

Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and Turkish Personal Data Protection Law (KVKK), you have the following rights:

  • Right to know whether your personal data is being processed
  • Right to request information about the processing of your personal data
  • Right to know the purpose of processing and whether data is used in accordance with that purpose
  • Right to know the third parties to whom your personal data has been transferred
  • Right to request correction of incomplete or inaccurate personal data
  • Right to request deletion or destruction of your personal data
  • Right to object to automated processing that produces results against you

  • Account data: For the duration the account is active + 30 days after account closure
  • Transaction logs: 1 year
  • Billing data: 10 years (legal requirement)
  • Marketplace API data: For the duration the integration is active

  • Performance Cookies: Anonymous analytics cookies to measure site performance
